The PMO Governance Lead is a strategic role responsible for managing the BAU and day to day project management office's governance processes/systems to ensure that projects are executed in alignment with the organisation's goals, standards, and best practices. As a technical specialist, the role holder will implement and maintain project management methodologies,processes, and policies, providing governance leadership across the team and organisation, as well as managing and supporting to project managers and stakeholders..

Mandatory skills - PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN BANKING - Proven experience E2E in project management and PMO roles, including in the following areas: IT Governance, IT audit, security design. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in project management and governance. - Strategic mindset with the ability to align project activities with organisational goals - Banking Experience - Very good knowledge Office Tools (Teams, Power Point, Excel, etc) - Attention to the details - Team Management - Strong PMO skills & experience (PM governance, meeting minutes, Managing RAID Log, Financial tracking) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
